We believe in honest delivery windows — here's exactly what to expect when you order from Denwell.

Timeline

Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery (US): 8-15 days after shipping

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Why the wait?

We ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Skipping the middleman warehouse keeps prices 30-40% lower than pet boutique retail — the trade-off is a slightly longer delivery window. We think that's a fair deal, and we'd rather tell you up front than surprise you.

Order issues

Lost or stuck package? If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier — and reship or refund if it's lost.

Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
