Every Denwell order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.

How it works: Email hello@getdenwell.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what didn't work. We'll issue a refund or ship a replacement, your choice.

The details: Items should be in reasonable condition (normal use and dog hair are fine). Defective or damaged items are replaced free, no return needed. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Wrong size? We'll exchange it, just cover return postage.
