Is this real steam?
No — and we'd rather tell you now than have you disappointed later. It's a fine warm mist from a small refillable tank, not heat-generated steam. That's actually safer for daily use on your pet's skin.
How much does the tank hold, and what do I fill it with?
The reservoir holds 20ml — enough for a full session on most pets. Fill it with water or a thin, water-soluble leave-in serum. Skip thick conditioners, they can clog the nozzle. For long or thick coats, you may want to refill once mid-session.
My pet is sensitive to noise. Will they tolerate this?
Most pets adjust quickly, but the motor does make a light sound. For noise-sensitive cats or dogs, introduce it slowly — let them sniff it powered off first, then do a few short strokes before a full session.
How do I clean it?
One-click release pops the collected fur out of the bristle head — no digging fur out by hand. Rinse the bristle head and let it air dry.
